How to request deletion
Option 1: In-app (recommended)
- Open TryClothSwap and sign in.
- Open the Settings button in the top navigation.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Option 2: Email request
If you cannot access the app, email support with your account email and the subject line:
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and login identity.
- Uploaded user images associated with your account.
- Generated try-on records tied to your account.
What may be retained
- Payment/transaction records required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
- Security and abuse-prevention logs for a limited period.
Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
